Forms Directory

Hi

I need create a News directory with the following name (News IT) "like News directory in the portal", and then I need showme only my Form created by XMLForms Builder.

Hi Cesar,

if I understand you right, you want to reduce the forms offered when choosing "New Form" from the menu?

Hi Cesar,

If you want to show the form NewsIT only, you have to make that the only form available: System Configuration > KM Configuration > Forms Availability > Folder Availability (or something) and create a new item there specifying the form name to include and the KM folder location.
