Can we customize the 503 Service Unavailable on SAP Portal?

Hi Team,

When we hit the server and the services are still not available or there is any issue, we get 503 Service Unavailable on SAP Portal, We have a requirement where we need to Customize these messages, can you please guide me from where these messages are hosted or where we can edit these.
