Cleaning of warehouse stock

Dear All,

We have requirement where we need to delete 2 warehouse(b71,b72) from sap

by removing the  sloc(st01) and warehouse link and also we are

deassigning sloc st01 frm plant 1440 qnd 1420.

we need to complete cleaning of stock before deleting warehouse.

i had checked stock in lx02,mb5b and mmbe

we have 3 materials in the warehouse for which stock is avaliable at sloc and storage bin.

please advise before deleting the warehouse how we can transfer stock to inventory.

Dear Nishith ,

Execute MIGO for storage location to storage location transfer.

Process TR's for stock removal and confirm TO's, same will complete your transfer of stock from warehouse.

Please test this steps and let me know if it works.

Hi Nishith,

Transfer of Stock:- First you need to transfer the stock from the plants 1440/1420 (WM linked plants) to non WM linked plant or (WM linked sorage location to normal storage loaction) in the transaction MIGO, in that transaction based on the settings TR will be created. Refer the TR and create a TO.

If you see the Stock in LS24

you can see Negative stock in Bin (TRANSFER) 

If TO is confirmed, then Stock will be nullifed in the Bin (TRANSFER).

and stock will be moved from WM linked storage location to  normal storage location which has not been linked with WM.

Hi Nishith

try to create a to with lt01 mvtype 999 and bring the stock in interim area.

after this try to do mb1c with mvtype 562 .. it will clear the stock.

and try to deassigning the sloc with warehouse.
