Finance Copy data throwing Invalid Time iD's

Hi Experts,

We recently migrated BPC Quality from 7.5 NW to BPC 10 NW with SP08, we are facing strange error which did not happened in BPC Development.

we have taken back from Production (with clean install option ) Migration done with out any errors. we have 4 applictaions (models) including finance in our environment.

1) When we do copy function in Finance Data manager says warning mesages for example 1000 records ...submit count 10 and reject count 990

when i check the back end there is no request generated and when i check the rejected records Example

4010005,ACTUAL,CC.1001,DEBIT2,F_NONE,REVE,INDIA,PC.11001,LC,2014.JAN,T1035,12345.5700000-

Line0 :Invalid Members [TIME]=2014.JAN

when we push from other application we see the same error

2) Even time ids we have till 2017 Total year in Finacne we see only till 2014 but other applications we see till 2017.

i checked all logs some how finance got froze.

can any one has thoughts. Thanks in advance
