How to work with UI Configuration Template in SAP B1 9.2 PL00

Hi all,

I want to use UI Configuration Template but I have a problem here in Administration/Utilities/UI Configuration Template, I completed Name, Description and I selected Business Partner Master Data and Sales order doc but the button of Edit Form UI and Copy To are disabled I do know what of to do if that buttons disabled, if I click ok button nothing changed and no UI found any where.

What can I do from here in order to start designing of that UI form?
