how to use bapis BAPI_LIKP_PROCESS_MSG_DIRECT, BAPI_LIKP_GET_LIST_MSG , BAPI_LIKP_PROCESS_MSG

     Hi folks,

i have a requirement to make trigger automatic outbound delivery output type after clicking on PGI.

Before clicking on PGI the outbound delivery output type is in YELLOW light, and once i click outbound delivery output type it should be green and should generate an IDOC.

I found three FMs to do the above requirement, i did some R & D but not able to solve the above issue.

The 3 FMs (BAPIs)are

BAPI_LIKP_PROCESS_MSG_DIRECT,

BAPI_LIKP_GET_LIST_MSG  ,

BAPI_LIKP_PROCESS_MSG.

Can you please suggest on how to se this as per my requirement or suggest me if there is any other way of getting this done.

Hi Ravikumar,

I have the similar requirement to trigger the output types after the PGI on outbound delivery. Were you able to find a solution to this? Could you please let me know how you did it?

Please don't re-open old discussions (see Rules of Engagement). There is no ABAP required and this can be achieved by using standard output determination in SD. The way OP describes the solution is incorrect - output just won't be created before PGI. You can find more information on this when searching in Google 'delivery output PGI site:sap.com'.
