Shopping Status is not getting Updated

Hi Sap Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.01 version with SP8 (service Pack 8).

The issue we are facing is Shopping cart status is not getting updated even after the SC is completely approved. (Showing "Awaiting Approval" at POWL and line item level both)

For the first time after approval the Status in POWL is showing up as "Item in Purchasers Worklist" but when i refresh the POWL, status is going back to "Awaiting Approval" and i'm not able to find the SC in Carryout Sourcing.

Are there any Reports in SRM 7.01 which we need to execute, we tried with BBP_REQ_REQ_UP, BBP_GET_STATUS_2.

Can anyone suggest on this issue...
