Refresh on open does not work in webi 4.1 after promoting to different environment

Hello,

We have webi reports in BO 4.1 SP7 and refresh on open option is checked. These reports work fine when we view the reports, the document is automatically refreshed.

when we promoted these reports to development from sandbox. Refresh on open option works for few webi reports and does not work for few.

I have recreated the report in development and it works.

Also the option to disable the refresh on option in CMC webi properties in unchecked.

The user is given administrator rights.

Please let me know if there is any solution to this issue.
