LogNCIncidentDone and Complete

Hi expert,

I have some confusion about after we use the LogNC function. When we logged the NC Code using LogNC webservice, it is optional for us we can send either the LogNCIncidentDone service or Complete service directly, both service is able to route the Open NC SFC to the repair station if we set correctly in routing maintenance.

I wanted to know a little bit more about the difference of LogNCIncidentDone and Complete after we send the LogNC service.
