How to read Applicant tables?

Hi Friends,

in recruitment we save the data in applicant infotypes like PB0000,PB0001,PB0002.......

how can we read the data of PB0000,PB0001,PB0002.

is there any standard function module for reading the data?

can any one suggest me how to read data?
