SAP MII Message Listener - Struck/Not Processing

Hi All

I am using MII 12.2.3 Build (177) and i copied config from one server to another. On trying to rerun Message Listener(ML), i am facing the issue. ML is for Processing Type- transaction. Hence, listener should call transaction auto and should process the same.

But i see the input are reaching listener and i am able to see recieved message in msg monitor but they are not getting processed auto.

Any guidance, any service, any parameters to check on.. I have checked nwdi logs /setting/parameters - but dont see anything useful.

I even tried to create a new ML of same type but that too gets hanged in similar fashion. Nothing seems to be processing after msg is recieved...

Any thoughts. guideline.. would be appreciated..

Hi Ruchir,

If you have the same config for the IDoc Listener (or RFC Listener) on two different servers, you will have communication conflicts.  I suspect, though don't know for sure, that you may have similar problems with web services in the Message Listener.  Can you be more specific on what your configuration is that you copied?  What types of Message Listeners are you working with?

Hi Mike,

Configuration was simply MII Config from System Admin.

We are using XMIIMESSAGELISTENER type listeners.

External systems are calling listeners via http url.

Is there any service/any file which helps listeners to connect to transactions specified in path while config it... i suspect that might be issue..
