PO Price in MC$G report

PO Value is showing 0 value and PO Price and Invoice Price are not showing any data in MC$G report at QA and PRD servers. I have tried all combinations but everytime the same results. However the said report is showing all data on DEV server.

Hi Aftab,

The problem the due to "non updation of Effective Price" in PO.

If you check any standard purchasing analysis report, it fetches "effective price" of the PO.

(Press F1 to PO value column in MC$G report)

This is the problem with your pricing procedure...

You have not assigned "sutotal" - as "S" for Landed cost row in pricing procedure..

So, system has not updated effective price..

please check & confirm...and, correct pricing procedure.

if not, then the LIS update is not activated

The table S012 contains data but it does not contain PO Price. Please suggest what to do next.

I have checked in my system all the values are comming correctly..

Check whether there is any authorization related problem sometimes we hide PO price...

I think so.. Kindly check and confirm...

The PO price is not stored in the info structure, it is calculated during runtime of MC$6 transaction.

But the data basis is the content of  S012 table.

Compare your selection in MC$6 with the data stored in S012.

If you select the current month in MC$6. but the PO was created in previous month, then MC$6 does not show you any values, because it has no values in the current period.

The values are stored to the period when the PO was created.
