Regarding customer transfer

Hi Experts,

I was trying to do initial transfer of customer master,while doing transfer i got a message in ECC system successfully transferred.After that i went system monitoring in GTS system and clicked on logs for business partners.I searched for the log I am getting error message like.

    Hi Srinivas,

    Seems logging profile assignment is missing. Can you please check if you already have following entries in

    SAP Global Trade Services->General settings->Assign Control Profile for Logging

    Object Subobject Profile

    /sapsll/bp-Business partner /SAPSLL/BP_DISTR MD_BP

    /sapsll/bp-Business partner /SAPSLL/PARMA MD_BPM

    Similar case was discussed by Dave in the past.

    But generally, there could be many reason for a Customer not being transferred to GTS successfully. I am just highlighting some of those which i have faced

    1) Please check the Email id in the communication section of Customer master.

    May be the format is wrong. it should have @.... etc.. and also check if users have mentioned Web address instead of email id.. these are some common mistakes i have seen.

    2) Please check the postal code

    This was the reason for one of such case described below.
