We are facing issues in WM & QM interface as below. Please let us know if anyone came accross such scenario.
Scenario: We have two plants, one is manufacturing plant & other plant is a warehouse. After production receipt of each pallet the stock is moved into the warehouse by automatic stock transfer using 301 IM movement type. The second plant configured as warehouse is WM & QM active. So as soon as the stock is received into second plant in 920 interim the stock is available as 'Q' stock. An inspection lot is created for each pallet received in the receiving plant. When the usage decision is made for inspection lot a PCN is created for every pallet with the respective inspection lot number.
Problem: When the stock was received into 920 under 'Q' stock the Quant number is getting updated with one inspection lot number. Subsequent transfer of stock of the same material & batch is added onto the existing Quant but system cannot update every inspection lot number in the existing quant. When we convert the PCN into TO the system issues error message L3094 'No quant exist for posting change' because the system cannot find the reference inspection lot for the PCN from the quant number.
As indicated in note '389492' we have updated the requirement type with material document number and ticked the dynamic indicator on the requirement type. But still we are getting the same error message and system does not created quant for every inspection lot/material document.
Please let us know if there is any possible solution for the same.
