How to upload the data from SAP system to a normal PC system

Dear All,

I need a help in posting the data from SAP system to a particular location in a different PC. As per the requirement there will be a PC in between the SAP and other non SAP system. I have to pick up some data from SAP and i should post that information in to that PC which was kept in between. Is it possible to upload or download the data to/from to a different PC from SAP system either using a ABAP program or using any other approach.

If not, is it possible to send the data to a share folder from SAP system and how can we do that?

Please suggest any possible solution.
