Throughput-based sizing in Quick Sizer

Hello gurus

I'm trying to create a project in the sap quick sizer but I'm having trouble to make the Throughput-based sizing.

I have the information about the user and it's respective elements but anyone in my company knows how to get the information about the Elements and sizing objects created per time unit (as you can see in the picture) where do I get this information?
