Support Pack Upgrade- BW 7.3

Hi,

We have an upcoming support pack upgrade in our project from BW 7.3 SP07 to SP09. Could you please suggest if the cut-over steps need to include any delta queue clearing step? In other words, do we need to clear the delta queues in BW (RSA7) as also that in the source just to be safe? Also, could you please also suggest on the necessary pre and post upgrade activities needed for the SP upgrade for BW?
