Hi,

You will need to use default Enterprise Administrator account to Login into CMC and then grant your admin account access over the application or revoke the rights that you configured over Everyone group.

Default Enterprise Administrator account has some special privileges that it can override its own restrictions and rights for other users as well.

Hi,

There are two default users created at the time of BO Installation Administrator and Guest.

It is the default administrator account that comes with installation. You will need to reach out to the guy who installed the product or other Admins in your team for the password of Administrator account.

Hi Manikandan,

Please find the following screenshots.

1)Login to CMC and then select the application.Right click on infoview and go to the user security.

2)Now insted of inserting new user group and assigning the no access to that perticular group. by mistakly i select the evryone and click on assign security and apply no access to everyone.

3)As my administrator user is part of every one i miss that access for administrator also but luckily view option was there. now please guide me how i change the security access for everyone as i lost the modify object access for admin user as well.

Rohan,

Do you have the list of rights which Everyone group pertains before change?

Try by unchecking the Inheritance in the right settings page.

HI mani,

Everyone user group has only view rights for that perticular infoview application before as its still working because of that only user able to view the dashboards and able to login.

Hi Rohan,

Create another User "Admin" and provide full control to him and then check the status. Your Current Status will not effect your environment, but it is better to check all the options before happening some thing.

Thanks,

Hi Daya,

Thanks For reply, but suppose if i create new "Admin" User after creating by default it goes to everyone and for infoview application by mistakly no access applied for every one. so is it possible for that new admin user to change the rights for infoview application.

Rohan Ghadi.
