Missing subscription on my iPad


Hi together,

what do I need to do to get a successfull subscription on my iPad? I have configured our SAP CRM, Netweaver Mobile and SUP how it was descriped in the configuration guide. But Im not able to get any data on my iPad even if the connection is succesfull. But the subscription is missing. In Netweaver Mobile i can search for our component. There I can also see that no devices are registered. Is that a must have to get a subscription? If yes, how can I create one?
