PR to PO Conversion

Dear all,

            Please assist me in Converting from PR --> RFQ & PO.  Buyer would like to see the list of PRs with below format.

PR No I Item No I Released Date | Status | RFQ No | Dept | Material | Description | UOM | Qty | Price | Del Date | Requester.

In document overview of ME21N I couldn't get the Unit Price & Total amount of line item, rest of the details i could see with layout settings. If i double click on PR details in ME21N on the Layout listed  PRs, I could see the details of PR in right side. however when i come back/ Exit/ Cancel  it takes me to Easy access .

Client don't wanted to see in Reports, just wanted to drag and drop in PO creation screen itself.

Hello Saravana,

Regarding PR price and total value...

When you create the PR do you enter the price in PR??

The answer is no... the PR takes the price from material master hence in documnet overview screen you can not see price and total price..

Else in document overview screen, you have created PR and then RFQ... so search for the RFQ number and change the layout you will see the price and total value...

Hi Priti,

         Buyer would like to see the Total  PR Item value and Material Price while creating PO. I had set the the layout as attached. In PR price is picking from Material Master. Pls advice me.

Dear Saravan,

In standard the price of PR is not in option...

If you want the price to be displayed you have to go for some development.. Conatct your abaper.. explain the requirement and get the list developed...They will inclue the field and change the layout..

Anyhow if the client is dragginf the PR into PO, the corrrect value will be copied into PO itself by system... Cannot see any other option..
