Hi Prasanthi,

Check if there is any global filters that is restricting the particular plant in your report. Verify the selections you are giving to get the data. Are you able to see your data at multiprovider/cube level? Please attach some screenshots of the issue.

Dear Prashanthi,

Check whether any restrictions on 7th Plant, this Query you are running on which infoprovider level ?

just check in the infoprovider level data is coming correctly. just do check Root cause analysis.

Hi,

Apply the same Query filter restriction at cube level and check the data.

Thanks

Hi,

Is data coming from different targets?

I mean is there Multiprovider in which data is coming from different targets. if yes, ten do check if at least 1 KF from all the targets is present in query layout.

i.e. there might be possiblity that data for 7th Plant is in different target, and there is no KF in query output from that target. if that is the case then drag 1 KF from that cube(you can hide it if not required for display)

Hope it helps.

First of all check in your info provider whether you have the missing plant.

if you find then check whether there is any restriction on query .

Hi  prasanthi,

Pls once check whether any filter is there at bex query level,

and also check whether you are able to view 7 plants at the infoprovider level, if you are not able to see the 7th plant at the infoprovider level, then pls check whether any filter is there at the DTP level,

and if no dtp filter is there , then pls check at the PSA level and check for the filter at the infopackage level.

Hope u got it,

Hi,

Please check your design, in filters is you mentioned 7 plants or 6 plants values. as well as check at your target levels, how many plants data was loaded.

Thanks
