Adhoc Physical Inventory using RF verification issue

Dear Guru's,

I have created an Adhoc physical inventory document in EWM. The configuration for queue assignment and verification profile is also done.

The PID is getting assigned as per the queue. However when i go to the menu (system guided) to enter the count, the system asks for the following verification:

1 - Scan Bin -- this is ok as per my verification data

2 - Scan HU - ok per verif data

When i press F2 (count data for product stock), the system asks me to scan product, default owner, party entitled to dispose, stock type and the count quantity.

Count quantity is the only field that should come as per the verif data. My question is, shouldn't the other data like product, party to dispose, owner, stock type get automatically default it? I am hoping that there should be some std config that i might be missing here 😞

Can anyone of you please help.

Hi Sanjay,

at least the Owner and Party Disposed can be defaulted. If you setthese indicators in th PI customizing:

/SCWM/T340D-IND_OWNER
/SCWM/T340D-IND_ENTITLED

Values from /scwm/t300_md are proposed.

Hi

To me it appears that you are clicking on F2 new item option where system asks you to enter the details of new found producti in HU/Bin, please ignore if this is not the case.

Normally in standard without any specific verification profile assignment, system just asks you to scan bin>HU> Product and then enter the quantity. Hope it helps.
