How to automatically populate obj permitted in determination in PPOMA?

Hello Experts,

I am facing a query from client, whether there is a way to check all sales orgs for the determination flag and if it is not checked to automatically populate it.

I can achieve that through custom program or either through already existing SAP functionality for this.
I couldn't find any existing programs for my requirement so I am currently looking into building something for the same.

I know that the flag is stored in table: crmd_orgman_temp but I couldn't locate any standard FM or method to update the flag. As this information is highly sensitive and buffered I wouldn't want to make the update via SQL statements.

Can anyone help me with a suggestion for this scenario?
