trading at depot

Dear experts

My client is having a plant which is registered as manufucaturing plant and trading plant.

in trading business what ever he purchase from vendor the excise duties he pass on to the customer.

pl clarify me on the below points

1.whether we should create two plants in system one as depot and other as manufucaturing plant

2.for trading process do we need to create material with material type hawa and item cat banc

3.is the process like me21n/migo/j1ig/va01//vl01in/j1ij/vf01.

4.do we need to maintain condition record for excise condition type with controlcode and plant combination

5.in j1id deopot plant excise indicator is 0 not exciseble,'and how about customer indicator

6.whether the excise values will flow from po to so or invoice

7.pricing procedure do i need to maintain formula 356

8.

please explain the process flow and do the needful
