before you start configuring, you need to have the relevant gl accounts for creating new lease asset class.
example:
1. leasehold asset (APC)G/L account
2. Accumlated depreciation account
3. Depreciation expenses account
4. sale of fixed asset GL account
Then
1. Define account determination - Leasehold assets
(Path:IMG->FA->AA->Organisation structures->Asset classes->Specify Account determination)
2.Define Asset class(T. code OAOA
3.Define asset account determination (T.code AO90)
4. For group asset configuration (T. Code OAMY) Select teh depreciation arae in which youwant to craete teh group assets.
5. Create a asset in this new asset class and see if you get any errors, Then go back to fix them.
