Dear GRC AC experts,
I am configuring decentralized FF with sw GRC 10, SP level 11.
If GRC admin wants to extend the validity date for FFID in plugin system (SPRO->GRC->AC->Maintain Validity Dates for FF Assignements (Plug-In)),
the application displays only user ID and roles that have expired firefighter assignments.
My question is - is there any possibility (e.g. conf. parameter) which could be set and that table will display the complete list of every FFID in the system no matter they are valid or expired.
I know it is possible to view the complete list of FFIDs in GRC (master) system. For our GRC admins it would be more convenient to see
the complete list in plugin system (while he is maintaining validity dates).
Thanks.
Ivana
Hi Ivana,
In the decentralized firefighting,on the Plug-in system, the Validity Period table appears and displays the expired assignments that you are authorized to see.If you wish to view the complete list then
you can view it under the assignments done in NWBC.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Nandita

Hi Nandita,
I have already reviewed and passed through the note 1804207.
In plugin system I am able to see the expired FFIDs only (I am pretty sure my authorizations are sufficient).
If somebody has idea how to access the complete list of FFIDs in plugin system (expired and valid) please let me know.
Anyhow, Nandita thanks for reply.
BR,
Ivana

Hi Ivana
Wouldn't you use the NWBC in the GRC system to check your full listing of FF Assignments. You can, however, use the local system to update expired accounts (replicates back to GRC)
The IMG activity "Maintain Validity Dates for Firefighter Assignments (Plug-In)" as you both have observed is only for expired users
If you want to avoid the checking in GRC system you would need to look at table /GRCPI/GRIAFFUSR. Otherwise, as Nandita mentioned, you review the user setup from NWBC in GRC.
Additionally, review sap note-1804207 for more details.
