errors in TAO 3.0 for CRM

Hi, I am trying to create a CRM test script in SAP TAO 3.0, using Solution Manager SP 8.  After selecting a role the list of logical links to that role are blank.

I am getting the error.

2013-04-18 14:27:00:233 : ERROR   : SAPTAO.exe : Thread06 : SAP.TAO.RepositoryPlugin.MetaRepositoryLayer.Rfc.SapAgent : CallBackendWithFullResponse(BackendSystem,IBackendReqListProxy,TaoRequest): the server returned an error or partial error code: RETURN_CODE_MASS_PARTIAL_SUCCESS.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Hi Lillian Nowak,

In SAP TAO 3.0, We are also getting the same error while performing PFA (Process Flow Analysis) for CRM Application. The roles are listed and there are no logical links shown to any roles.

On the other side, when we try to login manually into CRM Web UI with any role, there also only blank page is shown in the browser. So, currently we are in the assumption that solving this "blank content" issue in the CRM system (BASIS team is working on this) would solve the TAO issue on Logical Links.

If you found the exact reason for this issue. Please share the same.
