Socket Time out issue while scheduled Full user synchronization in GRC RAR

Hi Team,

We have Socket Time out issue while scheduled Full user synchronization for Siebel NEXGEN connector to YGS GRC RAR Sandbox.

our GRC RAR Component Version

Current version:

VIRSANH 530_700 0020 SAPK-53320INVIRSANH

The installing RAR SP19 patch 5 did not resolve our GRC RAR Socket timeout and user Full sycn issue

Details Issue Explanation:

We have Web service Socket Time out issue while scheduled Full user synchronization for Siebel NEXGEN connector to YGS GRC RAR Sandbox.

And Full User sync issue (java.lang.NullPointerException) while scheduled Full user synchronization for ISCALATST connector to YGD GRC RAR Development.

We already applied/maintained SAP NOTEs 1564243 and SAP Notes: 1121978 as suggested by SAP ( Refer SAP Message: 300777).

we also maintained WS Clients Socket Timeout(seconds) as 3600 and

ConfigurationAdapter -> WebDynpro ->sap.com ->tc~wd~dispwda

->Propertysheet default AS 3600 as suggested by SAP.( Refer SAP Message:300777)

We got Response from Green Light like below..So can you please check and confirm

SAP fixed the issue in SP17 patch 12, this patch fixes both web-service

timeout and user sync issue for Non-SAP systems.

SAP might have supported the timeout fix to SP19 patch 5, however the

issue with Full user sync for non-SAP systems still exists.

Can you please coordinate and confirm with SAP to fix user sync issue

for non-SAP systems from SP19 patch 5 Or not.
