BO 4.0 issue connecting with office 2010

i am using windows 7 64bit with office 64bit and BO client tools 4.0. when i try to create universe through ms access database(.mdb) file the connection is not establishing even in standalone(no CMS). It is showing server is not responding and DBD: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified (SBO0001) this type of message.

But the same when i tried with office 2007 it is working fine. I'm not getting any that how to solve this issue. If anybody knows how to resolve this issue kindly please let me know.
