NW-BPM Transport across envirotnment without NWDI / CTS+

Hi,

I know it is a bit off topic, but I was wondering if anybody could give me some information on this.

How do we Transport/Deploy a NW BPM Process developed in local PC in NWDS (IDE) in production if we don't have NWDI configured for the SC/DCs and also dont have CTS+.

Is there any SAP documentation about deploying directly in production as part of project backup plan, etc.
