How to remove extra stock from the system

physically the item is sale

why is that "extra stock"

your document flow shows that it was sold and goods issued, later it was returned from customer

Hence the stock of 1 is okay.

if the Mercedes was wrecked, then you have to scrap it with 551 movement

The meterial document is archaive thats the vehicle is alredy sold and not in physical stock how ever in system its showing

Not sure why you mention that the material document is archived.

Why should it affect anything else what you do with the stock that resulted from this document?

If the vehicle got sold again, then you should investigate how this was recorded in your system. I just guess it was not, hence you should not just try to adjust the stock, you should record this business with sales order, delivery, goods issue and billing.

The meterial is already sold to customer how ever its showing in stock MMBE

Due to PGR cancel not done properly
