CO Extractor - 0CO_OM_CCA_9 - Slow

Each day we load around 30k records using extractor 0CO_OM_CCA_9. On a good day, it takes 2+ hours to pull from ECC, much longer that any other extractor that we have. Today it took over 8 hours to pull from ECC. Below is the job log from ECC. At 00:21:57 it showed 3 LUWs confirmed and then didn't do anything again until 08:46:12. How can I determine what was going on during that 8 hour time period?
