Dear Experts,
We are using Enterprise portal(Component Version : SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0) for Stock confirmation, Order confirmation and R/3 report access in customer level.
Last week we have upgraded EHP6 (Component Version : EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0). Post up gradation we are facing few issues in Customer Portal(EP).
One of our high priority issues as below:
In EP our portal, Customer can access some reports by calling R/3 transaction via iView. The actual problem was the customer A having two ID's and logon in a EP system using his first ID to viewing the reports and logged off. Using second ID he logged into same EP system and accessing the same report, the time when he open the report iView displaying the same input screen of first ID(System details also showing first ID's ). It is happening in Internet explorer version 9. No changes even if we deleted the cookies.
But its working fine in Mozilla firefox if we deleted the cookies before starting second ID.
Waiting for your solution.

Hi Samuli Kaski / Jun Wu,
Thanks for your response. Having another one issue. The same portal, customer can confirm the order after checking the order quantity. they can edit the quantity based on upper and lower qty range.
Below are the example:
SNo | Material | Material Desc | Confirm Qty | Qty Range |
1 | ABC | Face Cream | 500 | 200-1000 |
Here he/she can edit confirm qty between 200 to 1000. If he give greater than 1000 or less than 200 immediately it showing one pop up window saying " You are allowing to edit within the Qty range"
But its not come now. Means after ECC upgrade.
Finally if he will submit it will appear the Pop up window saying " Your order has confirmed ". Also not coming now.

You didn't upgrade your portal so you are still running NW701? Did you change your landscape besides upgrading the backend system? It's probably a Session Release Agent (SRA) problem and/or DSM problem. First make sure that you have popup blockers disabled in IE and possible add-ons. Are you using a reverse proxy in front of your portal?
