Hi all,

we are using SNC for all our system, and now we are going to change the hardware on our landscape.

As preparation activity we had recreated test system with a systemcopy.

All went well except for the fact that when we start the central istance the workprocesses die with the error below unless we reboot the server before start the instance:

Is it possible that we need to install a window fix?

Thanks for your time and regards

Hi Federico,

Please create credentials (= assign password) for your SNC PSE, as it
is described in the online documentation:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/07/03473cbff75b01e10000000a
114084/content.htm

Thank You.

Hi Deepika,

thanks for your replay, i did a check of the link informations but even by setting a password (the source system doesn't have it but work perfectly) i couldn't solve the problem.

After a stop of sap i still need to reboot the server to be able to start up again the instance or else it fail with the error i posted.

Finally we could solve the problem by updating the gx64krb5.dll file with the newer version, we still don't have clear idea of the basic problem due to the fact that the new server is a duplicate of the source one, where the same file work with no problem.

Anyways thanks.

Hi,

Do you have to generate some certificate through  tx STRUTS? Where Do you download the last version of the .dll library?
