Rem ord Plan

Dear All

We have value stuck in Rem Ord Plan in budget.

I understand the calculation that

Rem Ord Plan = Plan(In network) - [ Commitment + Actual]

In our case

80 = 200 - [20 + 100]

Means we have planned for 200 but we have negotiated and brought the cost down to 100.

My query is

How to release this amount from the Rem Ord plan ( network).

We cannot close the network since some commitment are yet to be delivered by the vendor.

Also if we do Final confirmation of network line item with CN25, will the amount be available??
