Balance not showing at FBL3N

Hi

GL account was created on 02.03.2011

But cost element was created on 17.04.2013, valid from 02.03.2011

Problem is we are not getting any balance during execution of FBL3N

Previously LINE ITEM DISPLAY not active, now active
