Address Validation issue in Business Partner

Hey Friends , i am working over OData services and trying to create DQM Address validation service for Business partner.

I tried much but did not find any help to make it run as a service.

Basic need - DQM Address validation should run without dialogue and it should fill my internal table.

if someone of you has the same issue and that is resolved now, please help me to get the solution.
