BackUp error on tape

Dear Experts:

I'm getting a error when i'm trying to backup on tape.Pls suggest me how to solve this problem.Thanks a lot!

Below is the error informaition.

Thank you everybody,My problem is done,thanks a lot for your helps.I reinstall the tape driver,it works normally.Thank you very much.

Hello Paul,

Do you have the same problem if you use a local directory for the log backup instead of tape?
