How to extract all journals in BPC 7.5 NW in Excel

Hi to all,

Anyone knows a way to extract all journals from BPC 7.5 NW to an excel file in a simple way?

We have seen that there are 2 tables in SE11 assigned to the header of Journals (UJJ_JRNL, and /1CPMB/*****JRDT)

And also we know that there are standard reports to extract the journals to PDF, WEB or EXCEL, but each journal is one sheet.

So anyone knows a simple way to extract all journals from BPC NW to an excel file?
