Rejected materials posted to unrestricted stock

If the usage decision is "rejected" for a material in QM t-code QA32, I am able to post to unrestricted use stock the rejected material instead of blocked stock.

Same way I am able to post accepted material to blocked stock or return delivery stock.

How to prevent this.

user can always make a data entry mistake.
