Payslip Issue

We have a number of payslip issues.We are on EHP5 and EP 7.3

1. When Users click on the date to view payslip , user is not able to see any and it grayed out in the Salary Statement.It is not happening for all users.

We have checked the adobe version that is fine .

2. When user clicks on the previous/next statement , users can navigate to payslips for Jan, Feb, march '13 but then when navigating to other months it is still shows payslip for the month of march. But it also differs from employee to employee .

Can you let us know the reason.
