List Of Values Custom SQL gone without any change.

I am facing strange issue related to LOV.

BO Version: 14.0.4.738

Universe Designed Using: Universe Designer Tool

We have LOV for couple of object with custom SQL. It was working fine till yesterday. All of a sudden LOV's "Do not Generate SQL before Running" is unchecked in Universe designer however

In Web Intelligence LOV's are still working as per old custom SQL LOV.

Isn't it weird? Is there any way we can recover our old custom SQL of LOV and what could be the reason behind this.
