Objective setting for KRA &KPI

Dear Experts,

am very fresher to appraisal module, needs to customize for appraisal,objective settings, KRA & KPI  where it requres multiple columns for KRA ,against that KPI 

Pesently it is processed manualy ie., in the hard copy employee fill up the KPI against KRA with % of weightage,self rating and KRA is given be the HOD with % of weightage

After employee rating HOD will award the rating

Please guide me how can i incorporate the above

Kindlly provide any step by step doc. if available,  points will be awarded

Hi Sanjeev

Normally Appraisal system have Four  Levels Appraise Appraiser Reviewer HR Admin

First Appraisal will be Filled by the Appraise

then it goes to Appraiser and it goes back to Reviewer with all the Rating Done

then it goes to HR Administration to take up the final Decision about the Salary Hike or Other Benefits.

this is the Complete Process of Achieving the Appraisal system .

If you want the Complete system like this then you need to take the Help of ABAPER , Functional HR Consultant , Workflow Consultant ..

All Four Levels should have SAP Users Id .

Now according to ur Resources Plan ur Appraisal system .

Hi Jhon thanks for your response,

First thing we donot have ESS & MSS

we have predefined Objective setting formats (hard copy), KRA will be set by the HOD,% of weightage will be given by the employee(appraisee) and against each KRA , KPI is to be filled by employee with % and self Rating for each KPI

Later HOD will award the ratings based on this HR Admin will finalise(Reviewer)

Please find the format attached

Now please guide me how can i create the Template and how&where to fill the template ,preview of this pls. suggest me with step by step examples

You have not Answered my Question .

there are two ways of Doing the Appraisal Process in SAP

With ESS MSS Workflow  or Only Final rating will be Uploaded if you dont have All Four SAP ID's

Above Screen is the Manual Process only final rating will be Uploaded .

we are following manual process and am not able to create template

one template is available where as it is not released

pls. guide me how to do it, in the above T-code am not understanding how to add the columns pushbuttons etc.,

if i execute t-code phap_create  system throws message as no templates available

pls. guide me
