tax code field in service item

Hi Gurus,

I would like to ask if the tax code field in service item is mandatory.

The doc type is standard and I did not use any reference e.g outline agreement, info rec.

in ML100 you can set if the tax is to calculated at service level . else it is at the line item level .

Hi,

Are you referring to tax code mandatory in PO.

Then its upto you as per the requirement if you want this field as mandatory or not.

Generally we keep this field as mandatory.
