Factory calendar to be maintained by users

Dear Gurus

I want user to maintain factory calendar in t code scal in each client. Presently when I maintain it in each client , I need to open the client. How it will be possible that we need not open the client and user can directly maintain in t code scal.

I think it should be possible in basis.
