W2K security manager

Hi,

I've set up a network path to a shared network drive (its a san drive) and mapped the
IP address and the user set to "domain\user".

This was followed up with file system repository, on microsoft_windows_km landscape, acl manager cache - ca_rsrc_acl and security manager W2ksecuritymanager. W2k security was chosen simply to use the current file structure in windows.

The folder appears in KM and can be indexed and the results searched.

The problem arises when I want to roll this out to other uses, my km.admin role is allowing me to see the results however a standard user can't. I've tested with user mapping, to KM microsoft windows with no success. The portal is authenticating against the AD. I've tested the search with users who do and don't have access to the folders.

any suggestions on how to maintain these permissions would be greatly recieved.
