Required Validation for Cancel PII entry

Dear Experts,

We have required validation 'Without Reversing RG23PII entry, MIGO should not be cancel.

Presently  store person cancel the MIGO without intimating to Excise department. we want to restrict the same.

Hi,

Corretc process of cnacellation of excise Invoice.

1) Cancel GRN

2) Post Excise Invoice in J1IEX

3) Cancel Excise Invoice.

you can not cancel Excise Invocie first .

In excise without reference document. Youneed to have material cancellation document, then follow excise cancellation proess.

As per the std. excise cancellation procedure, you have to cancel the GRN (MIGO) document first, then only you need to cancel the excise part 2.

The scenario you have mentioned is a user discipline issue. So better you can control by providing the authorization to some responsible person or you have to educate the users.

Hi Gaikwad,

Withhout reversing GR, part2 entry cannot be cancelled.

So the option of otherway round is not possible.
