Dears

Do u have any solution to deduct 0.333 from the annual leave quota If the employee is absent???

You can configuration throung T556C (putting % you want into here, normally it's 100%, now u can modify as u want) and assign in T554S with corresponding absence type.

anw please investigate carefully Absence Quota you will be clear soon about generating Absence Quota.

Hi,

You mean your absence quota need to be deducted 0.33 of annual quota (30%).

If an employee's annual quota is 24days. suppose if an employee is absent for one day (say for 8hrs planned working hrs)  then absence quota will be deducted from this quota. so, the remaining quota would be 23days.

In the absence counting rule , we have deduction of absence on how the absence need to be deducted. You can mention the percentage (say 50%, 100%) so that you absence will be deducted in days or hrs based on the percentage.

suppose if absence is for on day then if you mention it as 50% then the absence will be deducted onyl half day.

Similarly in your case, if employee is absent for one day, then if you mention as 30%, then it will deducted .333 of one day(8hrs).

1/3 (8) = 2.667 hrs = 0.333 of one day.
