I have an error while creating Purchase order

Hi

I have an error while creating error

Effective price is 0.00 INR, material price is 3.54 INR

Message no. 06207

even in material master material moving avg price is 3.54 is there but message showing 0.00INR

in configuration we have maintained message no: 06 207 as an error E

and tolerance limit lower 10% upper limit 10% maintained

When i am creating Purchase order for other materials this configuration working properly and with error getting PO is created

but only one material is getting above error, Could u guide me in this issue.
