EQUIPMENT COST

Hi all,

Suppose i allotted some amount as budget for every equipment and that is not mentioned in the sap

but i need a report to know the budget i allotted and the actual i spent amount on each equipment.

what are the ways and how can i pick the budget which is not mentioned ,where can i mention this budget?

Please throw some light on this.
